- The Forgotten Goal & Smart Coach
  Once upon a naive time, I started racing with no clue as to what would be considered a decent 5k time. So I started slow. Real slow with a 40:16. I dropped 4 minutes the following month ending up with a 36:09, dropped to 33:22 with a race the next month, until finally hitting 31:13 after a string of longer races including 2 half marathons, a 15k, and a 24 hour event with 3 races back to back. - Longest Bike Ride Yet
  After what seemed like a billion rainy days I finally headed out on my bike Sunday. It was beautiful, cool and breezy, and just what I needed after being cooped up all week. By the Numbers: 20 mile ride (Longest Yet! Squee!) 800 Calories burned Saw: 30 cows 7 horses 5 ducks 4 dogs And 4 bunnies!!!! I’m mostly excited about seeing these!
